Annual Reports
The Authority is required to submit an annual report on the operations of the corporation in that year concurrently to the appropriate Minister and the President of the Treasury Board. The appropriate Minister then tables the report in the House of Parliament on any of the first fifteen days on which that House is sitting after he receives it. The most recent reports are below:

Pilotage & Other Charges
The Pilotage Act requires that pilotage tariffs be fixed at a level that permits the Authority to operate on a self-sustaining financial basis, and that the tariffs set be fair and reasonable. The goal is to have each area become financially self-sufficient to eliminate cross-subsidization among ports.
